1 Month Old
Our princess is one month old today! Now that she is a part of our family we can't imagine life without her. She's a pretty good sleeper. She getting such a personality and has rolled over a few times over the past two weeks. She smiles and loves her daddy. She is such a beautiful girl and we love her dearly.

4 Weeks
Rien Rae is 4 weeks old. It is flying by. Yesterday was her last day at work with me. I will miss her but I'm glad because she is so alert for her age so she was ridiculously bored there. Today she had her first bottle. Sean wanted to see how she would do with it before Monday. She will still be getting only breastmilk but I'll be pumping so Sean can feed her while I am at work. I already have over 80 ounces in the freezer. With that plus daily pumping she should have plenty. lol. She did okay with the bottle. She struggled at first but ended up doing okay.
We bought her costume today. She is going to be Tinkerbell. I am so glad we found something. It's so hard to find real costumes for little ones. No offense to anybody but I can't stand those "bag" costumes. Now we just have to buy Riker's costume.
Jack went to my mom's today. It was so weird coming home tonight and him not be here. I'm gonna miss him. :(

Jack is Moving
After 3 months of living in our apartment we have realized Jack can no longer live with us. Jack is a 3 1/2 year old Shih Zu/Boston Terrier mix. He was given to me in 2006 when I was really depressed. He helped me so much. Giving me something to focus on and take care of. We lived in an apartment with him for a little over a year. Then we moved into my mom's house for a year and then we moved to a duplex for a year. So even though he had lived the apartment life he had gotten used to a yard. He is very unhappy. He never wants out of his crate, wont go to the bathroom when we take him outside, and is just miserable. He spends some weekends at my mom's and he is always happy over there. After talking to Sean last night and my mom this morning we have decided the best thing to do for Jack is for him to move into my mom's until we have a yard for him. My brother has a dog that Jack loves to play with and they have the yard he needs. We are going to maintain all of his medical needs and purchase dog food. This was a hard decision to make but I had to make it. He moves tomorrow. I know some of you are thinking I should get over it and that he is just a dog but this is a big deal to me and we will miss having him around.

3 Weeks
On Wednesday Rien Rae had her two week check up. She now weighs 7 lbs 12oz and is over 20 inches long. She is growing so fast but is still smaller than her brother was at birth. The past 3 weeks has gone by pretty smooth. The switch from 1 kid to 2 has been much easier than expected. Rien has done really well at work with me. It takes me a little longer to get stuff done than usual but overall she has done great.
Riker has decided that he loves to hold his sister it's so cute. He has also become very interested in mommy feeding Rien. When he was told the other night that he could not hold his sister because mommy had to feed her, he lifted up his shirt and grabbed his boppy. I cracked up! He is such a great kid. We bought him a 4-month pass to Jungle Java on Saturday so we are going to start taking him more often. For all the parents you should know the passes are on sale right now.
FYI, no weight loss this week but no weight gain either so that's good. We got P90X and are going to start later this week. Wish us luck. Mostly that the find the time. With our lack of free time it will probably be more like P180x. lol.
Well. That's all for now. :) More to come next week.
